Responsible Gambling Policy
We take responsible gambling seriously. Our goal is to help players enjoy games in a safe, controlled way and to provide clear tools and support if gambling becomes a problem. We encourage everyone to set limits that match their budget and to use the self-help options available on their account whenever needed.
Player protection principles
We base our approach on prevention, transparency and player choice. We monitor account activity for signs of risky behaviour, verify age and identity as required, and offer options that let players control how they play. We will also contact players if we see behaviour that suggests they may be at risk and provide information on available support services.
Activity-control tools
Deposit limits
Players can set daily, weekly or monthly deposit limits through account settings. Limits can be reduced immediately; increases are subject to a review period and may take up to 7 days to take effect. Minimum limit settings are available from CA$10 per day.
Loss limits and wager limits
Loss limits let you cap how much you can lose over a chosen period. Wager limits can restrict bet size during play. These settings help reduce short-term losses and keep play predictable.
Time limits and session controls
Set session time limits or enable reality checks that remind you how long you have been playing. Auto-logout and short cooling-off periods are available for anyone who wants an immediate break from the account.
Cool-off and self-exclusion
If you need a longer break, choose a cool-off period from 24 hours up to six weeks. For more persistent concerns, self-exclusion options are available for longer durations, typically from six months up to five years. During self-exclusion the account is closed to new play and promotional contact is stopped.
Recognizing signs of problem gambling
- Spending more time or money than intended
- Chasing losses or increasing stakes to recover
- Neglecting responsibilities or social commitments
- Hiding gambling activity from friends or family
- Feeling agitated or anxious about gambling
Tips to stay in control
- Set and stick to deposit and loss limits before you start playing
- Use session time limits and reality checks to pace play
- Keep gambling as entertainment, not a way to make money
- Take regular account breaks and review your activity
- Speak openly with someone you trust if you notice changes in behaviour
Professional help and support organisations
If gambling is causing harm, seek professional help. In Canada you can contact organisations such as the Problem Gambling Institute of Ontario, the Responsible Gambling Council, Gamblers Anonymous, Gambling Therapy and BeGambleAware. Provincial problem gambling services and community counselling centres also offer confidential support. For help with account tools or to request self-exclusion, contact our team at [email protected].
